On January 14, 2012 the hotel will open a temporary lobby while the main lobby undergoes renovation.

Noise to guestrooms will be minimal, as the floors immediately above and below the floor undergoing construction will be sealed off. New rooms will be available for reservation from April 2012, with all redesigns completed by the end of May.

In early April 2012 a restaurant and bar will be available on-site.
