We were booked in by Art and my first impression was how unfriendly he was and that he was doing us a favor. We were given a room next to the service elevator and after we complained nothing happened, after two days we complained again and only then were we moved, a little too late. This was the fourth and final destination after three weeks and most dissapointing, at least James the doorman was friendly. This hotel is not as exclusive as they think they are and will not be seeing us again, most unfortunate.
